The Legacy of ISR
ISR (Institute of Skill Reform) was established with a clear vision to bridge the knowledge gap in the Aviation and Hospitality Industry. We noticed the critical need for specialized training that empowers students to secure employment with both National and International Airlines and Airports. Our curriculum also meticulously prepares candidates for careers in prestigious 5-star and 7-star hotels.
We provide industry-oriented professional and autonomous courses in Aviation, Hospitality, and tourism to help students make a high-flying career in this industry. ISR is Affiliated with the Central Education & Information Technology Research Committee (CEITRC) known as ( Kendriya Shaikshnik Evam Tantrik Mahiti Shansodhan Samiti) An Autonomous Institution Under the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. (INDIA) Under Registration Act. 1882 Govt. INDIA. was established in 2009, as a group of excellence in Management, Vocational Information Technology and allied areas.
It is also certified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) - Govt. of India. CEITRC Regd. By NCS Ministry of Labour and Employment Govt. of India. CEITRC is Accredited by "National Council of Skill Development" (NSDC).

A veteran of the Indian aviation industry with a distinguished 19-year tenure at the national carrier, Air India. From 2004 to 2023, I navigated the evolution of global travel, from the iconic Boeing 747 era to the modern Dreamliner fleet.
